If you have created an ID with any mistake, you can contact at the following email address to reset any data on the form –

For example, If you have selected the Aadhar OTP option for KYC, and after registration you realized that OTP is not receiving on the user’s number, then you can request on above email address to switch the KYC Mode to Biometric Mode or Other available option.

OTP on Call

RNFI’s login security is based on User ID and Password as well as Two-Factor-Authentication. Whenever user try to login, an OTP message will be received on users registered mobile number, user can login to the system using that OTP.

Sometimes there may be a problem on your side or server side, due to which the OTP message is not received on time. In such case, you have to click on Resend button to get the message, by clicking the Resend button, user will get a call from RNFI instead of receiving the OTP message, in which user will be get OTP.

As per my experience, the OTP will be delivered via phone number 08068287695 . You probably won’t receive that call after seeing the new number, so you should save this number in mobile.
