WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for Physical Products. Pickups are available Monday to Friday, 10.00AM to 05.00PM. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. Our curbside pickup is contactless. Please come to our walk-up window with a mask on to pick up your order.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all order. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with tracking information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DO WE PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
